How to buy
HOW TO BUY?
You just have to follow these steps:
- Choose the Gender (men, women or Junior’s) and Products from the Collection (garment type).
- Display the product(s) that interest you. With just one click you’ll get an expanded view of the garment showing details and the back of the product, as well as its composition, available sizes, reference number and price.
- Select a garment and add the item to your Shopping Cart. You can then choose to continue shopping or process the order. Select the size and color of the product(s) you want right from there. To process your order, click on your Shopping Cart.
- If you want to continue shopping, repeat the process; when you are finished click on “Shopping cart” and then on “Place Order.”
- Once you’ve entered your information, check that it’s correct and click “Continue to Shipping”
- Select a payment method i.e. COD or Paid through Credit card.

Where Can I Receive My Order?
You can receive your Telo.pk order at any private address such as your home, workplace, or a preferred drop point within Pakistan. Please note that we do not deliver to post office boxes.
How Long Will My Order Take to Arrive?
At Telo.pk, we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible:
Regular days: 3–5 working days
Sale periods: 5–7 working days
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or gazetted holidays are processed on the next working day.
During peak seasons, verification delays, or high order volumes, deliveries may experience temporary delays.
Orders paid through online payment methods go through a security and fraud verification check before processing.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the courier and tracking details. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.
How Much Is Shipping Cost?
Flat Shipping Fee: PKR 300
FBR POS Fee: PKR 1
Applicable on all orders within Pakistan
Which Courier Will Deliver My Order?
Courier service depends on your delivery location and shipment type.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, Telo.pk will share courier details along with tracking information via email or SMS.
What If I’m Not Available at the Time of Delivery?
If you are unavailable:
The courier will attempt to contact you for confirmation
Delivery will be re-attempted up to two times
If the order is not collected, it will be returned to Telo.pk
Order Cancellation Policy
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, Telo.pk verifies orders with up to two confirmation calls.
If confirmation is unsuccessful, the order may be cancelled.
Orders can be cancelled upon customer request before processing.
Telo.pk also reserves the right to cancel orders due to:
Out-of-stock items
Incorrect contact details
Technical or system errors
Exchange & Return Policy
Easy and transparent exchange policy. Exchanges within 14 days, free returns for damaged items, and quick customer support. Shop with confidence.
General Policy
All purchases are non-refundable.
Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of purchase.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Exchanges are processed at the current selling price of the item.
No exchanges are available on fragrances, undergarments, jewelry, or accessories.
Returns via Courier
Contact our Customer Support within 14 days of delivery with your order details and issue.
After verification, we will arrange free return shipping (if applicable).
Please pack the item securely with original tags, labels, and packaging.
Once received, we will provide a replacement or suitable resolution.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
A replacement, exchange, or appropriate solution will be offered.
Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
